When you receive the goods, please try to face the unpacking inspection in front of the deliveryman. If you find that the quality of the goods is defective, you can apply for a return or exchange;
- If the goods in the package do not match the products you ordered when you receive the goods, please contact our customer service in time;
- If there is any problem with the express package, please take a photo as a voucher and send it to us;
- Within 7 days after the room temperature food and daily necessities are sold, there is no quality problem. Without affecting the secondary sales, you can return to the physical store with the receipt, or contact our customer service to pick up the return. The additional transportation costs incurred by the customer bear
- If the room temperature food you buy has quality problems, please keep the product intact, and contact us immediately to return it within 7 days;
- If you are buying a non-food product, within two days after you receive the goods, if you find that the goods have obvious manufacturing defects, please contact us in time to apply for a replacement;
- If you choose to buy frozen and refrigerated food, NJK will not be responsible for any product quality problems, and all frozen and refrigerated food will not be returned or replaced after it is placed;
- The product has no quality problems, and the cost of return and exchange will be borne by the customer.
We have the right to reject the customer's return request in the following situations
- The customer handles it by himself, resulting in incomplete returned goods or damaged appearance;
- The product cannot be used or some tastes are uncomfortable because the customer did not read the product instructions in detail when purchasing the product;
- Dissatisfied with the product or dissatisfied with the gift because the customer did not read the product introduction or event rules;
- Before the receipt of the goods, there is no inspection and no unpacking photos taken as evidence;
- Products that are not sold on this website and have no purchase records.
